Retail Advanced Apprenticeship Programme
Are you working at a supervisory or equivalent level? Do you want to improve your skills and get up to date with latest standards?
Many learners will progress from a Level 2 Apprenticeship to an Advanced Apprenticeship, either directly or as their work skills improve.
What you do
Based in retailing or warehousing you will work towards achieving an NVQ or Diploma at Level 3 and Functional / Key Skills in Maths and English at level 2.
The Advanced apprenticeship will further develop your skills; working and leading your team, setting staffing rotas, managing displays, resolving customer complaints, controlling stock, managing deliveries and banking procedures .
The programme lasts for up to 18 months.
Qualifications
You will achieve a Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Retail or Warehousing which consists of 43 credits.
Achieve a Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English unless you already have GCSE grades A - C in Maths and English
Pay & Eligibility
You will already be employed in a retail store or warehouse
You will continue to receive your normal pay throughout the training
