Customer Service Train to Gain / Adult Apprenticeship Programme
What if you are already employed in Customers Services but would like to achieve a Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) or Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ) with BDTS?
What you do
- achieve the credits that make up a Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) or Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ)
- gain and accredit skills in the following areas; telephone techniques, dealing with customers, handling queries and complaints.
- achieve national qualifications in Maths or English at level 1 or 2
Qualifications you will achiev
- A Level 2 NVQ or Certificate / Diploma in Customer Service which consists of a minimum of 28 credits.
Pay & Eligibility
- You must be 19 or over
- You must have less than 5 grade A - C GCSEs (or equivalent)
- You will be able to improve your skills while earning your usual wage
- It should not take up any extra time as you can provide evidence for your portfolio as you work
