Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme
If you are enthusiastic about working in Customer Service and are happy to commit to a 15 month programme then an Apprenticeship is a smart move.
What you do
Based in a commercial office or retail outlet and attending our training centres for theory and practical training you will work towards achieving a Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) and Functional / Key Skills in Maths and English.
We will support you in finding an employer if you do not have one when you apply to us.
Gain and accredit skills in the following areas; telephone techniques, dealing with customers, handling queries and complaints.
The apprenticeship will give you the skills to work as a Customer Service advisor, office junior or receptionist.
The programme lasts for up to 15 months.Qualifications you will achieve
A Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) which consists of 28 credits.
A Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
Gain Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English unless you already have GCSE grades A - C in Maths and English
Pay & Eligibility
Learners will earn at least the minimum apprentice wage of £2.50 per hour
