Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship Programme
Are you at a team leader or equivalent level? Do you want to improve your skills and get up to date with NVQ customer Services standards?
Many learners will progress from a Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) to an Advanced Apprenticeship, either directly or as their responsibilities increase.
What you do
You will achieve Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ) and Functional / Key Skills in Maths and English at Level 2.
The Advanced apprenticeship will further develop your skills covering such areas as improving customer services, solving customer service problems, organising services to customers, team leading and the use of I.T. Systems .
The programme lasts upto 18 months.
Qualifications you will achieve
A Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ) which consists of 42 credits.
A Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English unless you already have GCSE grades A - C in Maths and English
Pay & Eligibility
You will already be employed in a Customer Service role
You will continue to receive your normal pay throughout the training
