Customer Service Foundation Learning (FL) programme
This is a great stepping-stone into the world of customer service the course lasts up to 26 weeks. If you have no previous experience in customer service but want to start learning, this could be for you!
Throughout your training you will have a dedicated and supportive assessor.
What you do
You will work both in our training centres and also on placement.
You will work towards units of Customer Service Level 1 Certificate (NVQ) or an equivalent qualification, dealing with colleagues and customers, filing, using equipment and developing I.T. skills.
You will develop personal skills to move forward to further training and employment.
Working with other young people in our training centre you will learn what's involved in working in Customer Service.
Qualifications you will achieve
You will work towards units of Customer Service Level 1 Certificate (NVQ) , dealing with customers and developing relevant skills. This consists of 22 credits covering a variety of areas which will demonstrate your skills for working in Customer Service.
As part of your programme you will achieve a qualification in Personal & Social Development which will reflect your ability to work as a part of a team and in one to one situations and to achieve Functional skills in Maths English and ICT.
Eligibility
You must be aged 16 - 18
The programme will last 26 weeks.
