The Courses:

Customer Service Foundation Learning (FL) Programme

A great stepping-stone into the world of Customer Service. It lasts up to 26 weeks. If you have no previous experience in customer service but want to start learning, this could be for you!

What you do

You will work both in our training centres and also on placement.
You will work towards units of Customer Service Level 1 Certificate (NVQ) or an equivalent qualification, dealing with colleagues and customers, filing, using equipment and developing I.T. skills. You will develop personal skills to move forward to further training and employment.

Customer Service Apprenticeship Programme

If you are enthusiastic about working in Customer Service and are happy to commit to a 15 month programme then an Apprenticeship is a smart move.

What you do
  • achieve 28 credits that make up a Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ)
  • work with your employer and attend our training centres for theory and practical Customer Service training
  • if you are not already employed in Customer Service then we will support you in finding suitable employment where you will be supported in completing your qualification
  • take a Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
  • gain Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English

Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship Programme

Are you in a team leader or equivalent role? Do you want to improve your skills and get up to date with NVQ / Diploma Customer Services standards?

What you do
  • achieve 43 credits that make up a Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ)
  • specialise in specific areas to enhance your skills
  • take a Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
  • gain Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English at Level 2

Customer Service Train to Gain / Adult Apprenticeship Programme

What if you are already employed in a Customer Service role but would like to achieve a Customer Service NVQ with us?

  • If you are 19 or over, you could be eligible to work towards Customer Service Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) or Customer Service Level 3 Diploma (NVQ)
  • There is funding towards the cost of your course. You will be able to improve your skills while earning your usual wage
  • It should not take up any extra time as you can provide evidence for your portfolio as you work
