What you do
- achieve a Level 3 NVQ or Diploma, the actual number of units varies depending upon the programme
- specialise in specific industry areas to enhance your skills
- gain Functional / Key Skills qualifications in Maths and English (unless you already have GCSE grades A - C in Maths and English)
- on some programmes you will also take a Technical Certificate that will prove your knowledge of legal and industry practices
Qualifications
You will work towards NVQ or Diploma at Level 3
Pay & Eligibility
You will already be employed and working in a job suitable for your chosen programme
You will continue to receive your normal pay throughout the training
